    The Innocent Hearts Group of Institutions maintains a grievance cell for university examinations. This is to address any and all complaints that students, faculty, and staff have about university exams. The convener of the university examinations, the principal, and one faculty member make up the cell’s membership. The grievances are attended to by the principal, and the cell convenes to address the issues raised. The actions taken are documented.

    Objectives

    1. To establish a forum where faculty, staff, and students can voice any complaints about the college’s university exams
    2. To preserve the honour of the way university exams are administered in the college.

    LODGING OF COMPLAINT

    • It is acceptable for faculty, staff, and students to file a written grievance against the principal.
    • As soon as a case is received, the University examination grievance cell will take action and attempt to settle the grievance at the College level.
    • Within the allotted time, the Grievance Cell guarantees that the grievance has been appropriately resolved.
    • The University is formally informed about the grievance that falls outside of the College’s purview.

    The college’s Internal Examination Grievance Cell, which connects students and faculty in the ongoing assessment process, is organised and active. When conducting internal examinations and handling grievances, the cell mutatis mutandis complies with the guidelines set forth by the affiliated university.

    Description

    • Every semester, an internal examination is held before the university exam.
    • The principal is consulted before creating the schedule.
    • Every class has its proper seating arrangements made.
    • All the necessary steps are taken to avoid malpractices in the examination hall.
    • Answer sheet is handed over to the faculty through HOD.

    Objectives

    • Monitor the internal examination process.
    • To solve the student’s grievances related to internal examination.
    • To solve the teacher’s grievances related to internal examination.
    • Timely conduction of retest for the needy, based on the guidelines from affiliated university.

    Procedure for Grievance Redressal

    • Students have to approach Internal examination In-charge.
    • An application duly stating the grievanceis to be submitted to the examination department.
    • Having gone through the application, the exam department will forward it to the Principal.
    • The Principal in consultation with the concerned faculty will examine it in detail, make a remark on the application before sending it back to the examination department.
    • The process is completely transparent.

        Submission of offline/online Student Grievances:

        Students may freely submit their issues and complaints about sexual harassment and ragging to the college using any of the following methods:

        E-Mail Submission:-
        The students can register their complaints through Email Id (directorcoordinator@ihgi.co.in) This Email submission will be received by the Director to take necessary action.

        Registration through Web Form:-
        Students can even register their complaints, grievances & ragging related matters by submitting the given form. The registered complaint will be addressed instantly.​

        Offline​

        Redressal Complaint Box:-

        The complaint boxes are kept in the college campus, the students drop his/her grievances & complaints in the box provided. Intermittently the complaints will be collected & analyzed.
